فنجان ماء بارد في الركوة وملعقة صغيرة ممتلئة من البن لكل فنجان، والسكر إذا تحبها وسط أو حلوة.One cup of cold water in the cezve, a heaped teaspoon of coffee per cup, and sugar if you like.
قلّب جيداً مرة واحدة فقط، واتركها على نار هادئة بدون تقليب مرة ثانية.Stir well once only, then leave it on a low flame without stirring again.
أول ما ترتفع الرغوة (الوش) وتقترب من الحافة، ارفعها عن النار قبل أن تفور.As soon as the foam rises toward the rim, lift it off the heat before it boils over.
